Apple – Contains New Zealand apples (93%), grown in the sunny orchards of the North and South Islands of New Zealand. Apples are high in fibre and vitamin C, and they are often called a “miracle food” and “nutritional powerhouse,” an apple a day really may keep the doctor away.

Apple & Strawberry – Ripe red strawberries (6%) are added to delicious apple puree (83%) to give a sweet berry hit. Strawberries are considered one of the healthiest fruits. They are packed with essential nutrients vitamin C, potassium, folic acid and fibre.

Apple & Blueberry – Juicy blueberries (10%) are the perfect complement to the fruity apple base (81%), and we are sure you will feel the same. Blueberries are nutritional stars bursting with goodness. They are packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and have a tangy flavour while being very low in calories.

Apple & Kiwifruit – New Zealand has become renowned as a kiwifruit producer, and this is a fantastic way to experience that distinctive kiwifruit (10%) flavour with the sweetness of apple (76%). We are sure you will find it hard to resist this delicious blend. The kiwifruit is a little fruit holding great surprises. They are low in fat, saturated fat and sodium; are free of cholesterol, an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of potassium

Pouches do not need to be stored in a fridge, but we do recommend storing Puria® Fruit pouches below 20°C. Once opened any unused portion should be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Puria Fruit pouches can be kept in the fridge or freezer to be enjoyed chilled, or slightly frozen.

Are they made with natural fruit ingredients?

Puria Fruit pouches are made with natural fruit ingredients, and it is completely normal that you may see some small fibres in the product. Rest assured that these are the fruit fibres from the Apple, Kiwifruit, Strawberry or Blueberries and is another indication that these come from real fruit that have undergone minimal processing.

What age are Puria Fruit pouches recommended for?

You will see a big 3+ on Puria Fruit pouches. This way they will not be confused with baby foods in similar packaging, and you can rest assured that your child can start enjoying these fruity snacks from the age of 3 and up.

Puria Fruit pouches can be added to school bags, or lunch boxes for a quick and easy fruit serve.

Apple is the major ingredient in Puria Fruit pouches, and they are made with apples grown right here in New Zealand. We think this is important because we can be sure that the apples are grown in soil and an environment that is free from any nasties unlike some other products on the market.

In an 80mL serve of Puria® Fruit, there is 150mg of Calcium or 19% Recommended Daily Intake (RDI). In an 100mL serve of Milk – there is 120mg of Calcium or 15% RDI¹

Yes, of course you can but Puria Omega Supplement Oil is intended as a daily supplement, so just 5mL (1 teaspoon) daily is required. There are 50x5mL serves in a 250mL bottle of oil, enough for two months when used as a supplement.
