Apple is the major ingredient in Puria® Fruit pouches, and they are made with apples grown right here in New Zealand. We think this is important because we can be sure that the apples are grown in soil and an environment that is free from any nasties unlike some other products on the market.
We add in a little Calcium, Zinc and Fibre to enhance the natural fruit and they are all available in a convenient, and portable ready to go pouch.

Yes, Puria® Fruit pouches are made with natural fruit ingredients, and it is completely normal that you may see some small fibres in the product. Rest assured that these are the fruit fibres from the Apple, Kiwifruit, Strawberry or Blueberries and is another indication that these come from real fruit that have undergone minimal processing.
Calcium is a mineral that is essential for the growth and development of children and adolescents as it promotes strong bones and teeth while also assisting in muscle activity, nerve functions and regulating blood pressure.

Puria® Fruit pouches are enhanced with added calcium in a soluble form, and are a great alternative source of calcium in place of dairy products.
In an 80mL serve of Puria® Fruit, there is 150mg of Calcium or 19% Recommended Daily Intake (RDI)

Zinc is vital for the normal growth and development of the brain and plays a role in the normal functioning of the immune system and many other processes in the body.
Puria® Fruit pouches are enhanced with added zinc in a soluble form. Zinc promotes, wound healing and growth and development in children.
In an 80mL serve of Puria® Fruit, there is 1.1 mg of Zinc or 10% RDI
In a serving of 10 unsalted roasted peanuts (approx. 15g) there is 0.5mg of Zinc or 4% RDI1

Puria® Fruit pouches contain added Fibre. Fibre is low in energy, and contributes to overall digestive health, by regulating normal function of the digestive tract.
No, but we do recommend storing Puria® Fruit pouches below 20°C. Once opened any unused portion should be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
Puria® Fruit pouches can be kept in the fridge or freezer to be enjoyed chilled, or slightly frozen.
You will see a big 3+ on Puria® Fruit pouches. This way they will not be confused with baby foods in similar packaging, and you can rest assured that your child can start enjoying these fruity snacks from the age of 3 and up.
The Best Before date is marked on the back of the pouch. Puria® Fruit pouches have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored under the recommended conditions.
